Come and experience a healing afternoon of

Breathwork, Somatic flows & Tea.

Take some time to slow down, relax & feel at home in your body.

Discover the power of the breath to lead us inward to the deep well of calm we all have, but often lose sight of.

Then move the body, using the breath to help shift & clear tension, both physical, mental & emotional.

           Based on ‘Hanna Somatic’ principles, these simple floor-based movements
combine breathe & mindful movement:

Take some time to slow down, relax & feel at home in your body.

Then move the body, using the breath to help shift & clear tension, both physical, mental & emotional.

 

There will be time for a full relaxation period to integrate the practise into our soma

(our living breathing multi-dimensional beingness)

with Mayank sharing some live chants.

 

This experience will leave you feeling enriched & nourished on all levels of your being.

                                     

Accessible to ALL ages & levels. No previous experience needed.

Rich Somatic Experience

Breathwork (gentle down regulating of the nervous system)

3:20pm

Somatic Flows (creating space in the body through pandiculation)

4.20pm

Relax & reflect with a warming cup of tea.

4:30pm

Somatic Flows (going deeper, targeting areas that tend to hold more emotional energy & anxiety ie; the psoas)

5.00pm

Guided relaxation/meditation ending with some live sanskit chanting
